From the moment i entered your Epsom store the gentleman (Paul) was couteous, friendly and very helpful. He offered advice on a range of beds i was seeking with measurements, pros and cons of with regards to my daughters bed choice. His colleague was friendly too, in fact i admired their teamworking spirit. I went away wishing my work colleague was as amicable as that gentleman! My beds were ordered perfectly with no issues. My only disappointment was the length of delivery time was quite a bit longer than anticipated. However, the 5 weeks will hopefully fly and the beds will soon be in place. Great store..i will definately return!
