The Dreams colleague John was extremely friendly easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. A very good shopping experience. Highly recommend a visit.

The staff were all very friendly and they mad my purchase very enjoyable.

The assistant was knowledgeable and understood my needs. It was more helpful speaking to him than doing research online. Because I trusted his advice I made my purchases.

John who served us was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us very good advice but gave enough time on our own to decide which bed was the best for us. He was the only one working in the shop and their were other customers there, but he was able to offer good customer care to all on the shop floor.

My brother and myself visited your Epsom store on Friday 22nd June, so I could purchase a 2 foot 6 inch mattress. Upon entering the shop, we were greeted by Kim and a gentleman (can't recall his name), who were very welcoming. Kim talked me through the most suitable product,and was very knowledgeable when I asked questions. My brother and myself though the store very clean and well laid out. We were also given refreshments. I would recommend your Epsom shop to anyone seriously interested in buying a bed or mattress.
