Kim was extremely helpful and patient. I was with my 86yr old mother who purchased the bed for herself. Kim also gave us a very welcome tea and coffee! She didn't seem to mind at all how many times she repeated information to us. We left the store highly satisfied with the purchase and all questions answered.
