Paul is an amazing sales rep. He explained every difference between each mattress and helped me to find the perfect fit for my needs.

John, our sales person, greeted us on arrival and stayed with us for the whole time we were there (a long time) - he gave balanced advice on the whole range of mattresses/pillows - didn't mind explaining things multiple times - he was good humoured and we didn't feel rushed at all. Outstanding!

Highly satisfied for me means giving answers to queries in a fast efficient manner with an equal amount of respect and friendliness without being persistent. This was the case on Saturday thankyou.

My husband was injured and admitted to hospital with fractures in his knee. I was advised he could be discharged if he could sleep downstairs. Single bed I had seemed too low. The only problem was delivery as I needed it next day. After much effort and ringing people, I succeeded in finding a van and two people to collect it for me to ensure it was in situ the next day.

Good sales assistant, explained everything

It was such a lovely experience visiting the Epsom store where we were greeted with a warm welcome from Paul and his colleague who listened to my fathers requirements, options were suggested and beds tried out. No rushing or pushing of products. Looking forward to the bed being delivered now.

As soon as I walked in assistance was offered with a friendly smile. The colleague was a lady and she noticed I mentioned a different colour to the bed that was on display, she approached me and informed me that the other colour was in fact on display on the bed next to the one I liked. This was very helpful and I appreciated it because I did not ask for this help she noticed I queried something out loud and she used her iniative and helped me. This response actually made me make my decision to buy the bed as I had now seen the colour in front of me and liked what I saw. My parking ticket was going to run out and she knew this so she made the process of buying it very quick. She also helped to arrange delivery and informed me on quotes and times and days etc that was best for me. I was extremely happy with this quick, informative, friendly service.

Kim the assistant approached us in a very friendly manner, she made everything clear about choosing the right bed and mattress for us. She even gave us an extra pillow to try out on the beds. It was nice to be left to browse at our leisure and not forced into what we didn't want. It was altogether a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
