We were given excellent service by Paul, including a cup of tea. We were not rushed, but given as much time as we needed to make our choice. Paul did not do a 'hard sell' and it was entirely our choice to spend what we did. The visit was a pleasurable experience (despite spending more than we had anticipated).

Very easy to select which products we wanted from a very well explained selection by the store assistant.

Good service, with knowledgeable assistant and an easy to understand category of bed stardards and price range.

The whole experience from entering the shop to leaving was very satisfying. This may be because we knew what we wanted and explained to the assistant Kim who was very helpful to explain the different types and sizes of beds/mattresses.

It really was a very pleasurable experience on a Monday morning ! they were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and showed us just what we wanted are a few questions about our sleeping habits :-)
