Very easy to get an appointment, Greated by name on arrival. There was no pressure to purchase the most expensive bed. John was very friendly and helpful

From the first initial call to STORE (Paul Manager ) Second call to ensure Paul was in store , taken by Kim and then actually visiting the store .The service received over the phone was was excellent.And during the visit JOHN provided great product knowledge , superb understanding and support ( my wife was in wheelchair and had to use sticks ) nothing was too much trouble and we NEVER felt rushed or pressured into buying anything .A total breath of fresh air on CUSTOMER SERVICE which unfortunately you do not find very often .Kim also was very supportive and friendly . WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY AND ESPECIALLY YOUR EPSOM STORE A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY IN ALL AREAS .JOB WELL DONE Now just look forward to receiving the bed
