I was in and out quickly , the order was dealt with efficiently and the bed was lovely

The sales advisor was very helpful and made the process very easy

Sales person was excellent( Paul). He took time to understand my needs and tried very hard to answer all my queries-which he did and this resulted in an immediate sale. No fuss or delay just very professional and knowledgeable.

Paul explained to us the advantages of the different mattress types and explained the colour code system. I was pleasantly surprised we received so much attention, even though we were only buying a single mattress for our son's bedroom. We were then left alone to test the produces and come to our decision without being pressurized. We were even offered a cup of tea. In fact we will return in the new future to buy a new mattress for our bed.
