Dreams - Epsom

The salesman, John, was very attentive from the moment we entered the store. John listened to our reason for being at the store and then gave us the information relevant to our needs. He did not "do the speel" and was patient and knowledgable. Once we had made our decision he efficiently took us through the sales procedure and clearly stated what needed to happen when the mattress was delivered and the old one taken away.

The sales assistant was very good explained the question we ask clearlyand was not pushy allowing us to choose in our own time.

We were so impressed by the detailed knowledge and ability shown by the member of staff who served us. We entered the store for a quick look round with no real intention to buy anything. We have very rarely come across anyone with such a good delivery of his wares...quite intricate differences in mattress quality and type and knowledge of springs etc - really quite exceptional but not pushy at all. Genuinely interested and hugely informative about his subject. We ended up returning with our daughter and buying her a double bed! It was the Epsom store and I think his name was John!

Friendly attentive staff who took into account our budget and helped us find what we needed. I didn’t feel pressured and we weren’t only shown the most expensive items.,

Shop manger was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and explained the options very clearly, also gave time and attention to detail.
