Dreams - Epsom

The gentleman who served us was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He spent time with us and didn't make us feel rushed, even though he appeared to be on his own in the store and rushed off his feet with a steady stream of customers.

Generally good service all round, and I was kept up to date regarding delivery as promised.

I was given advise when I asked for it. Not pushed into spending more then I wanted to. Thanked for my custom.

John who I think was the manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He assisted us through the process allowing us to test various beds and gave us very good advice resulting in our choice.

Staff were really friendly we were offered a cup of tea if all shops were as friendly as the staff at Dreams in Epsom it was the best experience we have had for some time

We were very pleased with the way Paul explained everything to us. He obviously knows his product well and nothing was left to chance.

We were served by Paul who had great product knowledge and recommended we try a few different products before making a decision, he made the experience easy and I was particularly pleased with how quick it took to place the order especially as we were about to go to the cinema (we had no disclosed this so even more impressed!) I was also happy to learn that I have 40 days to decide whether this is the right mattress for me which I find very important as I’ve had multiple bad mattresses in the last 5 years.

The staff where very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions I asked having previously researched the bed on the internet before going to the shop.
