Dreams - Epsom

I have used the Epsom shop before & have always found them friendly & helpful. The paperwork is quickly sorted & straightforward to understand.

We were welcomed as we entered the store by John. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about his products. He offered us a drink and asked questions to find out exactly what our requirements were.

The sales assistant (Paul) was highly knowledgeable and struck just the right balance between being over-friendly and being too formal.

Immediately we entered the store your assistant, Kim, asked if we needed help. she did not impose herself on us and we felt completely at ease to browse and when we needed her help she showed courtesy, knowledge and was extremely pleasant. she went through all details not once but 2-3 times to make sure she had detailed what we wanted and that all was correct. I do hope you value her as she should be and it was a pleasure having her to serve our needs.

John the assistant was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Kim Daisy was wonderful very helpful and charming. No rushing or pressure . Knowledgable and patient. Let’s just hope the product is as good .

I cannot praise Kim enough for her knowledge, advice and general helpfulness. This was on the 'phone because I am temporarily unable to visit the store in person. I was able to make my purchase by 'phone in complete confidence after speaking with Kim. I explained what I required and she talked me through the suitable options and recommendations. A tremendous representative for Dreams.

We were served by John, who has dealt with us before, and his product knowledge and helpfulness was excellent. It was because of John that we returned to the store.

I was very pleased with the efficiency of the staff at dreams in Epsom, I was not pestered or pressured and all my questions were answered. The team took the time to understand what I needed and I was provided the perfect product. Ordering in store was very quick and easy.
