John was really helpful, friendly and easy to get on with. I would like to personally thank John from the Epsom Dreams branch. From the moment we walked in until the moment we purchased the bed John made us feel extremely comfortable, there was also no pressure to buy which is extremely rare these days. We actually didn’t walk in with the intention to buy a bed that day however due to the information and chat John provided we felt that we couldn’t walk away and not have the bed of our dreams.

Our sales assistant John was very friendly nd took time to understand our requirement and made us feel relaxed.

We were given personal attention and tried out many different mattresses based on our initial requirements and the feel of the mattresses thereafter. We were never pressured into what to select nor over talked about it all. When we decided to think about it overnight that was met positively. We returned the following day to place our order with slight amendments to what we'd thought of on the previous day. All very positive experience in a pleasant environment.

The sales person was highly kmowledgeable and answered our questions with ease and made us feel comfortable.
