We went in to the Epsom store not entirely sure what comfort level of mattress we should be buying and what would give us the best night sleep with budget in mind.With total confidence the assistant gave us a sleep / position test which made total sense and arm with lots of questions we were guided to an option of 3 mattress and decide on one , placed the order and paid . Overall very pleased and satisfied the choice we made was based on good professional guidance and look forward to deliver and many good night sleeps. I suspect the quality of sleep on the new mattress will be like a “Dream “ come true !!!!!

John in the Dreams Epsom branch was exceptionally helpful and patient with us. Very knowledgeable and made the experience of shopping with 2 kids relatively pleasant! I would highly commend John! The manager was helpful and nice too.
