John came over to us when we entered the store and he was so helpful I couldn’t fault him in any way he was excellent

The manager was excellent throughout.

The consultant, John was very welcoming, professional from the outset and actively listened to what I was looking for. He explained everything from start to finish and made sure I understood along the way. He went out of his way to ensure I made an informed decision. He was very knowledgeable answering all my questions, patient while I tested out various mattresses. When I proceeded with the purchase, again explained every step in detail and was very open and transparent. Incredibly impressed by his client experience and this is what made me buy in store vs going back home and doing online.

The Store Manager, Paul, was very knowledgeable. He listened to my requirements and gave me the options available. The stoe did not have all the beds I wanted to review but he help check where i culd got to view. The shopping experience in the other store wasn't as good as in Epsom.

The friendliness and overall knowledge of the staff. I left the store actually learning a great deal in the process. Very impressed

Friendly, knowledgeable salesman who answered all my concerns regarding my purchase. My only very slight complaint was that the hand sanitizer had run out at the entrance/exit but a bottle was produced for me when I mentioned this; well done Dreams.

Sajid was welcoming on arrival, made me feel he had my best interest at hand. He offered me a pillow when trying out the mattresses.He offered a glass of water. Showed interest in what I was looking for. He asked if there were any other items I wished to purchase. I was looking for a blow up bed from Dreams off the internet as well to which he attempted to add to my order. His and his colleague were both polite and helpful. As a result I was very happy with my experience and would definitely be a returning and recommending customer.
