My daughter had just gone down for her afternoon nap so I headed to your Epsom store. I was quicking approached by Paul who asked if I required any assistance. I ran through what I wanted and he recommended I try out the sleep station. Once the three mins were up we went through the options. I chose the mattress and we completed the transaction. V quick and painless

John, our assistant knew everything about beds. He is the reason I bought the bed from the Epsom store. New Malden store was too pushy and too many assistants asking the same thing

I received a warm welcome from John and from his manner, I knew he would be not a forceful salesperson, which put me at ease. Initially, I was offered a cup of tea or coffee and then I used the new mattress/ machine (sorry I can't remember the name) to access my requirements and John had the list he needed, so away we went. John was very good, he did not rush me and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. I found John to be polite and friendly. We spent some time trying lots of mattresses and he was very patient while I did this and as a result I am very happy with my purchase - I can not wait for it to be delivered. The only negative comment I have would be regarding the back of house facilities, I did need a toilet break during my time in the store and I must say, they do need updating/ replacing. To be fair John did warn me, but I think your staff deserve much better. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to share my thoughts. Melanie
