Dreams - Epsom

The salesperson was thorough and new the products. Everything about the delivery and options was explained in detail.

We purchased a mattress from Dreams a couple of years ago and have been highly satisfied with it. We saw there was a sale for two mattresses and we were looking for one in our spare bedroom, so we visited the store. The salesman, who sold us our last mattress, was againvery helpful, showed us the two mattresses we were interested in and explained the differences. We decided on the one we wanted and the salesman was helpful, explaining everything we needed to know in detail and we left satisfied customers. So satisfied my daughter purchased the same mattress the day after, at a different store as she lives in a different area.

Even though the specific bed frame I wanted to buy was not on display the availability was excellent. The store assistant was very helpful and informative.

Lovely friendly helpful salesman had been told by another company bed I wanted would not be delivered till next January to be told by Epsom store I can have it next week hooray no more squeaky springs will highly recommend Epsom branch xxx
