As soon as we walked into the Epsom store, the gentleman who’s name I cannot remember - approached us immediately, was extremely helpful and knew absolutely everything we needed to know. He helped us using the digital mattress screen to see which mattress was best suited to us and then took us round to try out different products ensuring we took our own PPE to keep it safe also. Exceptional service would definitely recommend!

With the use of the high tech bed which tells you what kind of mattress you require was very useful. John took me round the store to let me try out the mattresses that the system showed I should have. The fourth one was just perfect.
