Paul (epsom store) was great. Very welcoming and friendly when we arrived and advised us of all health and safety set up whilst in the store. He was very attentive to our needs and demonstrated a great breadth of knowledge and was able to help us get exactly what we wanted. We did not think we would purchase a bed that day, were more looking for ideas but Paul's explanation and the showing us around the store and options made it quick and easy for us to find exactly what we need and buy it there and then. He was also great with the PPE and new way of shopping making us feel very comfortable
