The assistant Kim who helped me with my purchase focussed on me and my needs solely whilst I was there.

Very friendly helpful staff. Every question answered and clearly explained. Concern by staff that there was a 7 week delay on delivery of bed, but considered my situation regarding my back have arranged for mattress to be delivered that I can use on my existing bed. Brilliant .
