Once results available advised us the results and took us, using correct CovId protection, to the types of mattress the system recommended. From there we tested these various types and he explained in excellent detail the differences. Having made our selection the paperwork, delivery and collection of old mattress details etc all fully explained, payment made and we left the shop probably some 20 minutes or so earlier than expected - feeling very satisfied with the experience.
