Had no intention to buy when I went into the shop but the assistant John showed me just what I wanted at a good price and so did the deal there and then.

All the staff were helpful. Not at all pushy, they timed things just right. On entering someone came over and asked if we were looking for something specific, did we want help, would we prefer to browse first. They knew a lot about their products.
