We were welcomed by Paul who was super helpful and his service was fantastic!

Although I had to wait to be served as there was only one sales assistant , and he was already serving , he did apologise several times for the delay . He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable in the products . He made sure that everything was cleaned before I tested the mattresses , so I felt very safe . I was surprised at the quickness that I was offered for the delivery , so all in all a very pleasant experience shopping there . I have already suggested that my neighbour goes there as they are wanting a new mattress

As soon as we entered the Epsom Store we were greeted and asked if we wanted assistance. The Gentleman who dealt with our visit (manager, I think?) was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the options and the pros and cons of each option, answered any queries we had in a clear and concise manner and our order was dealt with promptly. Our order is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday 15th following placing our order on Saturday 11th
