The service we receive from John at your store in Epsom was excellent. He was very friendly and attentive. His knowledge of the products was great - no question was too difficult to answer!! Overall we came away from the store very happy and that was mainly from the service we received from John.

Very knowledgeable & went through all options re mattresses. I already knew I wanted divan with 2 drawers and did not want memory foam mattress. But went through options and didn't try to persuade me to have something I didn't want. Have problems with my neck so took all that into consideration too. I feel I will have the most comfortable bed for my needs.

The staff made the visit very helpful and pleasant. The shop is very well stocked and clearly labelled. The whole experience was enjoyable - we look forward to a good nights sleep !
