Excellent personalised service, from a very knowledgeable sales person. No rush, no pressure, not 'in your face selling', but at the same time attentive when we wanted him to be. Nice touch of offering us bottles of water. Honest views, sensitive to needs vs. budget (but we ended up getting one of the more expensive ones anyway) Very clear and transparent about the process and what to expect Fairly painless checkout process - without unnecessary questions. Nice to hear from the salesperson about others experiences - very knowledgeable and expert in the field. Nice and quiet in the store, probably down to covid times and obviously not so great for you and sales, but it helped us by having the personal service without distractions or demands on the salespersons time. Great to have the assurance of ability to swap mattresses if not satisfied. Overall, we probably paid more but feel it is well worth the service. Same goes for after-sales and delivery - both similarly excellent - informative, caring to us (the customers), from people who clearly understand the importance of excellent customer service and having pride in the product and company.

We tried the test bed to show which mattresses would’ve suited for us which was a great experience. John then walked up through lots of mattresses and which each gave us expert advice. We tried all price points and at no point did I feel we were being directed to a curtain mattress at a curtain price. In the end we left with a fantastic produce in our price range.

Welcoming staff and not rushed.. took the time to understand what I wanted and provided me with options plus the opportunity to try the sleep system.
