It is not the store or its employees, it is the quality and design of the headboards you are currently using ie high headboards with small struts and only one screw into the base of the bed. It used to be two screw into the base of the bed not there is only one. This means, as in our bed, that the only way to try to ensure stability is to rest the headboard on the bed base, thus pushing the mattress out of the way. I think this is a design fault. As the head board we have also has a screw which now doesn't screw at the head board end of the strut, it is loose and unstable and it droops one side and over time and use has gouged the wall the other side. We therefore have had to order a new head board, (at what seems to me an extortionate price for a board with padding and a couple of struts) with a 'shelf' on it thus hopefully allowing it to rest on the mattress as presumably it is designed to do. So to summarise, unhappy with headboard design, our particular headboard, price of new and the limited colours available meaning we can't get the same coloured fabric as before. I reiterate no problem with staff or store except that they wouldn't accept design fault !
