Dreams - Epsom

I was very satisfied with my experience at Dreams of Epsom and Anthony was friendly and helpful.

Impression of the store was that it is a very basic service. It served our purpose but seemed very dated and uninspiring

It was a small store so some of the stuff I was interested in was not available. also, I find the "free delivery" misleading as in real life the deliver probably never is free due to assembly etc

We went in knowing exactly what we were looking for so it was a very brief visit. I can't say that anything was wrong, the salesperson Paul was very friendly and helpful and efficient. Maybe if we needed more advice and spent longer in the store we would have had a chance to rate higher. As it was the experience was very satisfactory and we are waiting for our delivery on the 6th May. Perhaps the one small point is that sales signs led me to believe that the price would be a bit lower than it was - we had been in the store a few weeks before (pre-sale) and received a price. Although one of the products we selected had a 50% off sticker on it on this visit, the price was the same as given to us previously. The price was a bit higher than we had wanted to pay, but we liked the product.

Not a huge selection on bed choices, but that's down to the size of the store.

If I had a problem and the staff sorted it for me then I would rate highly satisfied however I just went in to purchase a mattress and I experienced good service which is no more than I expect

Non wheelchair friendly store. Now mattress topper provided for guarantee period (would have to pay the £30, given if spent over £1,000 this should have been thrown in. Paid delivery and installation therefore shouldn’t have to put the mattress in a bag myself

Staff wasnt helpful enough she didt ask what i need what im looking for just sitting there i wanted to pay cash she said she doesbt have changr to give back she had 20 pound only this is ridicilious and i said what should i do then not buy the bed she said its up to me never seen anything like this its like she doesnt want to sell a product no gooddddd o was almost giving up but i needed a matress urgently so i had to buy it havent received it yet

I haven't received the bed and mattress yet so I don't want to commit either way just yet.

We went to the store in Epsom, there was only one person and he did not stand up and came to chat with us. We bought a wardrobe but after leaving the shop I realised there was another wardrobe with a colour that would suit us better. It was really a pity as there was none to help. Really, really bad service
