Incorrect information given regarding airing of matress. Should be changed. Chemical smell awful even on second night. Eyes smarting. Will strip again for a day. Delivery excellent.

The delivery and recycling of old mattress is extremely expensive. I was told by the sales assistant the cost of delivery whilst deciding which mattress however he failed to mention the price of taking away of the old mattress until the end of the purchase. Adding an extra £80 for delivery and removal is a significant cost, considering with John Lewis delivery is free and removal is £24.95. I find it misleading that you are not up front about this until the last minute. The sales assistant did tell give me other options such as the council taking it away but as a busy working family this isn't practical. I would recommend dreams to a friend but I would tell them to compare elsewhere and take in consideration the cost of delivery/ removal. It is a shame as the sales assistants were very helpful otherwise.

Firstly I would have expected on a £400 bed that you could have at least delivered it for free also you then wanted to charge me £40 to take the old mattress away which I find laughable as you have to dump so many anyway ( but we all know why you charge don't we? ) Regards P A Merchant

Limited selection on pillows and mattresses in my view. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful but the selection is relatively limited. The visual aid (big TV) in the store is helpful but expect a little more than what I can see on the web. overall, it is an "okay-to-good" shopping experience.
