We were given quick and friendly service by Robin who proved to be a very knowledgeable member of staff. He took the time to get to know what we needed, took us through several suitable options until we settled on one we liked. Not only did we end up with products we wanted but we managed to have a laugh during the process. Excellent work all round by Robin!

Very helpful staff, 2 mattresses available today and one Saturday

The members of staff in the shop were very helpful and informative on the bed and mattress that we bought. Offering us a coffee while my husband and I sat with them to place our order, and a very good coffee was served. On the whole a very pleasant visit to that branch.

I cant fault any part of our experience. I felt that some information was unnecessary and a little overwhelming but probably answered questions before we asked them, so no real issue. We got what we wanted and needed in less than 30 mins, meant we could get on with our day, no waiting at all.

Nicolas the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgable which made are experience very successful
