The knowledge of the sales advisor and assistance in ensuring the mattress we chose was the best one for us. He made the entire visit quick, efficient and we left believing we have made the right choices

The staff were attentive but not crowding, they showed us the range of beds that they had specific to my requirements and let us have a look around. I have used Dreams a number of times and always been satisfied with the service I have received

Nicholas was great in advising us. He found out what we needed/ were looking for and advised us on the options available. Nice to speak to an agent who gives you the basics without overwhelming you with details and options. Felt informed, not pressured to make a purchase.

We visited Dreams after 2 other stores due to missing the turning for the store so had to carry along to Oak Furniture and Furniture Village first, neither of these stores impressed us or had what we wanted to purchase, We were acknowledged at Dreams as soon as we entered the store but just a warm friendly hello and not pounced on to make a sale, after a short while the same guy( store manager) came over and asked if we’d found anything we liked and could he be of any further help, he was knowledgeable, patient and found out all the answers to questions we had.

Karen was incredibly helpful and supportive. She treated us great as a family of 4 with 2 kids under 3. She made the experience so simple and her recommendation last were knowledgeable and she obviously listened to what we needed and were asking for and gave informative solutions.

We were served by Karen and also spoke with Ian, the branch manager, and were totally satisfied with the care and attention they gave to us. They are both a credit to your company.

The choice of beds was ok, lovely sales staff very friendly and knowledgeable comfortable mattresses, and a delivery date to suit me

Went in to purchase a new mattress was greeted by Karen in a lovely manner ,she was very cheerful and helpful in helping me decide which one to buy.

Everything was very clearly labeled so it was easy to find what we wanted. The assistant came over to offer help which we initially declined which was so nice as we don’t like being hounded. The assistant realised this and left us to look whilst we looked around. We went away to look elsewhere but made sure we came back to that assistant to purchase as she was so good with us.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. Highly knowledgeable about their products. Couldn’t do enough to help us.
