Myself and my fiancé were very happy with the staff member (Nick based in Crawley) who helped us choosing our sofa bed. He spent time discussing the pros and made it very easy for us to make a decision. Absolutely fantastic service, polite and friendly. A great asset to the company

The sales assistant Nick Frost spent more time than I could have I asked for with me helping me to chose the right product. He was knowledgeable on all the products I was interested in explaining differences and suitability without being pushy for sales, this is something I appreciated a lot and made me purchase from this store as opposed to a local competitor. I would not hesitate to come back to dreams and him in particular again.

We were seen by Robin , he was very knowledgable, very easy to understand and explained the order process very well. He answered our questions very well and explained the company policy of disposal of returned mattresses.

Visit was quick and easy - prices clearly displayed. Brought although slightly cheaper if I brought online. I prefer to 'see what I buy'.

Nicholas was very helpful. We got what we wanted & more at a very fair price. A package discount would have been nice as we purchased a bed frame, mattress & sofa bed along with expensive pillows & mattress protector. Very happy with customer service would definitely recommend to anyone

Very wide choice of beds and mattresses and personnel very helpful and friendly. Our daughter is moving house on 10th. January so availability of your product was crucial. You were able to meet our timescale for delivery.

On visiting store was made to fill at ease with knowledge shown by staff with products we required.

The assistant helped me to choose a mattress, as I was unsure which would be the right one for me. I was also told of a discount available too.
