We weren't badgered or pressured at all. We were given some nice pillows to try as many mattresses as we liked. When we wanted help it was there and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction.

My Wife & I bought our last mattress from Dreams some years ago and were happy to return. When we entered your Crawley store, Jessica came to help us, and with the information we gave her re our current mattress, she honed in on all of the similar current options available. She also got us to try different options to validate mattress suitability for us. We also went on your mattress selection bed machine which confirmed all of our requirements.
