Saw what we wanted and order placed

Lady who helped us was extremely knowledgable and helpful her name was carol

The staff were all friendly, but not in your face which I hate, Karen who served us asked if we wanted help or to browse, we told her what we wanted and was shown to to bed we asked for.

The lady who served us was brilliant.

We were met by Nicholas on entering the store who listened to our needs in a mattress, gave good advice and guided us to the appropriate product, left us to try various mattresses,did not stand over us,I don’t like to be pressured when looking at products. He came back to us when we appeared to have decided,sale made.

Politeness and helpfulness of assistant. A relaxing environment. No pressure to get the sale done quickly, plenty of time spent assessing different options and products.

Someone was available to help us as soon as we entered the Crawley store. Karen was very friendly and checked if the items I was looking for were in stock and whether they would be able to deliver in good time. She spent a lot of time checking if details were correct before continuing which I really appreciated! I was already nervous about making such a huge purchase! Thank you!

The staff were all very welcoming even though it was Boxing Day! They couldn’t do any more for us. Karen served us at the Crawley store and she was hilarious and knew I felt awkward lying on mattresses but put me at ease!

Being assisted by Nick in Crawley, I was highly satisfied with the knowledge, attention, top of the top 5 star just for him. Well done Nick and thanks for your help
