Our assistant was very helpful and friendly which made our visit so much easier and the placing of our order

Great fast friendly service

I was greeted immediately by a sales assistant who helped me find exactly what I wanted. I tried three different mattresses and bought the third which was the one I had seen online and turned out to meet my needs.

The sales person Nick Frost was helpful when needed but not pushy at all

The staff member listened initially to what we required. He was very friendly and helpful, all questions were answered clearly. He explained everything clear and concise. A very pleasant experience, I would recommend to family and friends.

We were greeted on arrival. Ian was extremely helpful and made the whole experience pleasant. He talked us through the mattresses suggested for us.

The service I was given was Brilliant. Karen was so helpful, efficient and considerate. She listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction giving me the time and space to try out different beds. She gave me all the information that I needed and made the process very easy.

The person who assisted me was very helpful and had a great understanding of the products and tried to help me find the right mattress to assist with my back problem. I would defo recommend him to anyone I know going there,the only problem was I didn’t get his name!!

Nicely laid out store, assistance immediately to hand. salesman not pushy but gave advice on product and was very helpful throughout the buying process.

Nicholas was very friendly and helpful. We were offered a drink, asked about our sleep pattern, we able to use the sleep mattress test and felt that he was very knowledgeable.
