We got excellent attention, and were left on our own to sample all the mattresses which suited us perfectly. All our questions were answered satisfactorily. We placed our order and it is being delivered on the day we requested.

Greeted soon after entering premises with friendly faces. Assistant gave all the information I required and I found it a very enjoyable experience. My daughter and grand-daughter accompanied me as I am elderly and they were impressed with the service also. Would definitely shop there again if I needed that kind of product.

The gentleman who served us was amazing, he was so helpful and ordered my item , saving me having to order it online as the product I wanted wasn’t available in store.

The assistant was very helpful

The staff assistant was really helpful and friendly. We explained what we were looking for and he helped us narrow down some options from the more expensive down to the cheaper and everything in between that fit the criteria.

Staff were knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. They weren't pushy and gave me time to try the products and discuss with my wife. A good wide range of stock.

The lady who served and helped us choose the right items was very helpful and friendly and had no issue with us going back and forth trying to find the right items even as long as it did for us to choose. Once we had chosen, our options were laid out plain and clear with any advise given taken on board. We did not feel hassled or harassed and were given sound advise and a list of options to go forward with. Even with 2 children in tow our visit was pleasant. Made to feel welcome. Thanks
