The staff were very helpful. We put under no pressure to buy. We weren’t rushed to make a decision. No unexpected costs. All good.

Ian, the store manager in Crawley, wasd very knowledeable, gave good feedback and recommendations. He was courteous and attended to every of our needs.

The whole experience, from start to finish, was great - the staff who looked after us whilst we were in store were excellent, attentive and very knowledgeable. My wife and I were delighted by the service provided by Dreams.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by Karen with a warm welcome. She answered all our quires and gave us some good advice, she really understood our needs. She was also very knowledgeable about the products and couldn’t do enough to help us.

I had problems with a different company and 5 months later still not received product so had cancelled the order which left me sleeping on 2 mattresses on the floor. You have quoted 3 weeks so fingers crossed that it will arrive in that time. I was unable to see the product but I was shown it on line so hopefully it lives up to my expectations. The young lady in the store was very helpful and friendly.

Found exactly what we were looking for. Wasn't hassled by staff. They introduced themselves asked if we needed assistance and to let them know if we needed advice. We were then left to be able to browse and make our own decisions. When placing the order they we very helpful and explained everything we needed to know Everything was made as simple as possible. We were offered tea,coffee or water when making the purchase too!.

The chap that dealt with us, Nick Frost, was extremely helpful, pro-active, knowledgeable and professional.

The salesman was highly professional and very attentive. Really nice chaps in the store!

We went to buy a new mattress for a bed already purchased from Dreams. Ian the store manager could not have been more helpful. We were shown the computerised mattress selector which was a very relaxing experience. This led us to try 4 mattresses and we settled on the most comfortable. We are very happy with the delivery date. Ian is a really friendly man and helped is immensley. He is an asset to your company.

We knew what we wanted as had a mattress in July and we wanted the same one. Spoke to Ian who looked it up and showed us the product.
