The staff of the hemel hempstead branch were knowledgeable of the products. No pushy sales techniques. Friendly and polite and had a sense of humour. Arif and rachel 100% in all area's. Best shopping exeprience in buying our marriage bed. Recommend to friends and family as made it easy to make up mind and not rushed.

From the time my wife and I entered the store until the time we left we were both treated like royalty.

We had visited the store the week before and purchased a king size bed. This was our second visit for another double bed. The assistant was highly knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Took his time in explaning to us the differences with the mattresses etc.

Visited the Hemel store a week before and was served by the delightful Rachel. This week we were served by the very knowledgable Arif. Again from the second we entered the store we were acknowledged, given time to browse on our own and then guided superbly by Arif. Our exact needs were taken into account, refreshments offered and he was just genuinely a lovely gentleman.

I have joints and hip problems wasn't sure what I was looking for to help me be as comfortable as possible.arif was very attentive to my needs and my dislikes.out of three mattresses he suggested I found one which suited me.i can't wait for it come.i had to go to the bank to sort out the payment and arif was willing to wait for me to go back and when I did he sorted everything out for me.it was a very pleasant experience with a very pleasant and approachable man who knew which mattress would suit my needs.thank you arif.

We knew what type of bed we were looking for when we entered the store in Hemel Hempstead and Rachel the assistant showed us all the different ranges the colours they were available in etc. Her knowledge was excellent! After seeing the ranges we upgraded to a king-size bed. Rachel I must say is an asset to your company, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't pounce on us as soon as we entered the showroom, which we have suffered in other stores. She gave us time to look around on our own. We will be purchasing another bed in 3-4 weeks and will be making Dreams at Hemel our first visit where we are sure Rachel will assist us again. Thanks Dreams and Thanks Rachel

The person who helped us in store was brilliant, very friendly and knew right away what we were looking for. We were shopping on a small budget and Rachel made us feel very comfortable with this, going through all possible options.

Both the manager and the assistant who helped me select the items in the store were very friendly and spent a fair amount of time understanding my requirements. It's very rare nowadays to see the kind of customer service anywhere.
