Rachel was very informative and knowledgeable with the product of Ottoman beds and mattresses that we purchased also in telling us about insurance details and delivery which we both were very impressed of her knowledge also she was very friendly and politely and patient with me as I am disabled and nothing was too much for her would highly recommend Dreams store to family and friends also to ask for Rachel to help them deciding which bed and mattress they require overall very impressed with the service we were given today.

I visited the Hemel Hempstead store and both Arif and Rachel we very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. Previously I had visited your store in Tottenham Court Road and spoken to Arund who spent time with me explaining mattress choices and testing them. He is the reason I returned to Dreams to make my purchase of two beds. All excellent. I have completed a separate feedback request re delivery which was very poor and badly let Dreams down.
