Both Adam An Frank product knowledge was in valuable, I went in with an idea of what I required and they both were very helpful and guided me into making my decision and the order the bed that was right for me.

Sales consultant very knowledgeable about beds. My partner wanted me to choose the mattress without him I insisted that he came the bed he wanted wasn't right for us so glad we didn't buy it, we went to go with another bed and then we were introduced to the gel bed by Richard so we are very excited about it arriving

Very satisfied with the Dreams Store in Hemel Hempstead. My husband and I had been looking for a bed, and, I couldn't believe my eyes, when I walked in and saw the perfect bed I was looking for, the colour, exactly right, and the quality exceptional. We were very impressed indeed.

The Assistant Rachel was very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly and helpful

Salesman was very polite and helpful. Didn't try the 'hard sell'!! Understood that the bed I wished to purchase for was for the the spare room and would get very little use. Therefore I did not want to spend too much especially as I am retired and on a very tight budget.

I went to the shop only wanting to try out a Silentnight firm mattress to see what the difference was to a medium. The sales assistant Rachel was more than willing for show us the two mattresses and when I explained who the mattress was for (6'2" and 13 stone male) she began explaining about the different mattress qualities and showed me to a mattress she recommended. On laying down on this I believed she was correct in her diagnoses of what I was looking for but Rachel did not hurry me to purchase it and when I asked for an alternative was more than helpful in guiding me and very patient while I made up my mind. I purchased the mattress recommended by Rachel and also took out the service plan when she explained the benefits. I would recommend my local Dreams to anyone.

THE MEMBER OF STAFF GAVE US EVERY OPPORTUNITY TOLOOK AROUND WITHOUT BOTHERING US AND WHEN NEEDED WAS ABLE TO SUGGEST THE TYPE OF MATTRESS WHICH WOULD SUIT ME, HER KNOWLEDGE WAS EXTENSIVE AND SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, ALL IN ALL A VERY SUCCESSFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Richard was extremely helpful and allowed me time to try mattresses out alone, I received amazing customer service from both him and the other member of staff.
