Accomodating and helpful...

Rachel from Hemel Hempstead store was engaging whilst not pushing from the moment we walked in. Her knowledge of all products was excellent. She understood what we were looking for and guided us to the right outcome. We placed the order for a divan base and headboard along with pillows, which she again knew Everything about. Rachel is an asset to Dreams and should be recognised for such. We felt valued as customers which is often hard to find

We were served by very friendly staff who made our purchase an easy one.

The member of staff who dealt with us took the time to understand what we needed, explained the different options available and was friendly and helpful throughout, without being overbearing.

We cannot fault the staff at Dreams hemel Hempstead, nothing was to much trouble and there product knowledge and help they gave us in choosing our bed was very helpful but never pushy or overpowering allowing us to make our own decision on choice. Buying a bed is not that enjoyable but the guys in the shop even had us laughing and even a cup of tea while we decided, special thanks to Richard who had to put up with us. Again, Richard and Nathan many thanks, Bob and Jaki.

We went into the store to have a look at a bed I saw online and ended up walking out having purchased the beds and mattress! The lady who served us was brilliant and really listened to what we wanted and had excellent stock knowledge, if only all staff could be like this!

The sales assistant took time to understand my needs and gave me lots of help and options in finding the right sleeping package for me. I didn't feel at all rushed or pressured to make a decision.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Richard and Neville in Hemel were incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly. My child was playing up and the were understanding and kind. Planning another visit soon to get another mattress for our bed, just need to bring my husband, some of the mattresses were dreamy!
