The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I feel I got a good deal and the delivery was booked for when I want it to be.

The lady who helped us was able to answer all our questiins and despite me changing the order once I had nearly completed it she still was very helpful. I also found her vwry knowledge as and also cheerful.

Overall the experience was fantastic and Richard was a wonderful, personable salesman. He had incredible product knowledge and totally understood our needs and desires. The time it took to purchase and go through the finance process was speedy and very easy. My only dissatisfaction was the long wait before being seen! Richard was dealing with a customer for a long time and he happened to be the only member of staff in the entire building!

Rachel was fantastic. She really knew her stuff and nothing was too much trouble. We got to the store quite late and Rachel didn't rush us and was fully prepared to stay a little late if needs be to put our order through. I was amazed at Rachel's knowledge; there didn't seem to be a single thing she didn't know about the products in the store. She was incredibly friendly and there was absolutely no pressure put on us to place an order. We bought a mattress and when it is time to buy a new bed we will definitely be back. You should work extra hard to keep Rachel as she is a fabulous asset to your company.

Staff friendly and helpful at Hemel. Overall a good experience with them although mattress not yet delivered. Infinitely more helpful than at Hayes branch
