This is a second visit to the store and we were looking for advice followed by a possible purchase. The salesman (Rob) was very knowledgeable and gave us the advice we were seeking then allowed us to browse and test items while remaining available to us had we needed further advice. There was a good range of products in store and at a range of prices. Given the advice we had received and the opportunity to test the items we decided to make the purchase there and then.

The chap who looked after us new his job and had good customer service.

We tried your electric bed to find the most suitable mattress for ourselves and were advised by Rob the most suitable to our needs and he was most informative and helpful ,actually enjoyed this experience which I was dreading.

The staff were very friendly and were more than happy for us to bring our dog into the store. The lady that assisted us was very friendly and helpful her name was Nicola Alicia. I would like to commend her for great customer service and for her product knowledge and the help she gave is in selecting the appropriate product. We thought the optional insurance was well explained, well priced and no hard sell. My wife and I were very impressed with overall experience and great friendly staff.
