The reason I was Highly Satisfied with my experience at Dreams was because..... Rob in the Eastleigh branch was such a friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable about the products.

Our needs were simple and easily satisfied.

Went into store and Katie greeted us, told her we had a waterbed and was looking for something more firmer but did'nt know what. Katie suggested we try the bed that helps you confirm how you sleep and your needs,(can't remember what it is called), so we tried it. It was fun the bed told you what to do,it came back we needed a firm. So we tried 4 beds each having different springs etc, Katie explained everyone in detail and yes we decided we had a favourite, she also gave us a pillow each to try, my husband was different to mind as he sleeps on his back and l sleep on my side, l really did'nt know it made a difference but believe me it does. We then thank Katie and told her we would look at others as dreams was the first shop we had been to.When we got home l told my husband l didnt want to look at others l was more than happy with the bed and the service we got, so we went back the next day and order it and also got the 2 pillows, they are worth every penny of £85. Thank you Katie.
