Dreams - Eastleigh

We had a private session from 9-10am. We were immediately greeted with a smile and offered water, masks, gloves and hand sanitiser. Steve, who helped us with our bed shopping experience, offered to wear a mask if it made us feel more comfortable and kept to the 2m social distance at all times. He was SO helpful we really can’t fault him! His knowledge of the frames and mattresses was amazing - it really helped us make the right choice. We felt so safe and looked after.

we both suffer with back and hip problems , we told the shop assistant Steve and he gave good advice and helped us and left us to make our minds up with out chasing us to get the most ex pensive but helped to get the best for us , very helpful and knew his subject will recommend him to anyone who asks about beds

Absolutely brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful. Both staff member was fabulous, talked us through the procedure due to Covid within seconds. Overall just amazing very pleased the only thing that was negative was how long the bed is going to take to arrive.
