Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was highly aware of the social distancing guidelines, but he still made us feel relaxed and not stressed when purchasing a new mattress - am going to highly recommend the Eastleigh Branch to my friends and family and will be going back again later in the year to purchase a new bed for my son.

We had a private session from 9-10am. We were immediately greeted with a smile and offered water, masks, gloves and hand sanitiser. Steve, who helped us with our bed shopping experience, offered to wear a mask if it made us feel more comfortable and kept to the 2m social distance at all times. He was SO helpful we really can’t fault him! His knowledge of the frames and mattresses was amazing - it really helped us make the right choice. We felt so safe and looked after.
