Rob was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was not at all pushy and didn't rush us at all even though other people were waiting outside to enter the store, the maximum number of 'shoppers' had been reached under the company Covid-19 guidance so it was a 'one out one in' system.

The assistant Katie did an outstanding job, friendly and very sensitive to the distance protocols and hygiene. She listened to our bed situation and correctly followed up with points and suggestions. She gave examples of personal experiences with beds so we could relate. Other staff around the the store were also pleasant and welcoming (special note to I think his name was Rob) From a sales perspective, she did very well in upselling the pillows and cover and didn't feel like a sale at the time, so form a company standpoint she did very well at her job. Overall very satisfied with the viewing and sales side of the bed and hope when we get our new bed it's just as good.
