Very good customer service and knowledge of the products,

The manager of the store in Chandlers Ford (Robert) was there to assist my wife and me in making the correct choice of bed and mattress, in fact it was that important to him with my back problem that we went through several degrees of mattress to make sure that the correct one was chosen in order to make my sleep as perfect as possible. And also the advantages of choosing the correct bed as well so you would spend your money wisely. I highly recommend this store and couldn’t say enough about the manager who went above and beyond his duty to make sure that our visit would leave us feeling so reassured on our purchase.

Very friendly staff and service

The sales assistant was very helpful and listened to what we wanted and took us to a couple of mattresses and after trying them out found the one my husband and I could both agree on. Also he was not pushy as we do not like to be pushed into buy all in all a very good experience thank you

The gentleman who helped us pick the perfect bed was called Tam, he was full of knowledge about the beds and mattress’. He took time to to make us feel at ease.

Staff very helpful but not in your face & very polite & friendly

David who served us while on site was very helpful. He did welcome us into the store and followed us around asking the right questions and making suggestions around our decision. I think that David is an asset to your company and just because of the service that i have received from him i would recommend this store to friends and family.

We were served by David who was very friendly, helpful and made ordering very easy with the credit option. Fantastic customer service from David and liked his ponytail!

Friendly and helpful salesman

We went around to two dreams store chandlers ford and Southampton. We found the chandlers ford branch to be extremely helpful and were not pushed into buying the mattress so we returned the next day. We were seen by rob on both occasions and he was extremely helpful and showed us a range of options available to us to suit our needs. I would highly recommend.
