When we entered we were greeted by Ramin. He was very polite, friendly and informative. He was very professional and helped us very much in deciding which products to buy. I would like to add that he stayed with us until we ordered and was sure we were pleased with our purchase. Very nice young gentleman.

the assistant Stefka was at the door to great us as we walked in with a big warm smile, she went through all the mattresses and the difference of them, helped us pick the best one for us. gave us all the details return policy, comfort policy and all the other information we needed. she even provided us with further help by showing us pillows which we will be purchasing next month. very lovely lady and very helpful, knows her stuff.

Bunga, the assistant, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and didnt mind all the questions we asked. Even offered us a coffee. Very happy with his help, so much so that we ordered the mattress we wanted there and then.
