Dreams - Colindale

We were looking for 2 double beds and went into the Dreams store in Colindale with a view of just browsing and moving on to other stores. We received a very warm welcome and the sales assistant was very knowledgable and helpful. She let us try various beds and then according to our needs she was able to offer us the right beds at a very good price. We then did not feel the need to go anywhere else and confirmed our purchase without any pressure whatsoever. The sales assistant was very courteous and polite.

The staff Ramin, was really nice and so helpful, he was able to show us what we were looking for. He took his time with us, customer service we excellent.

I needed a sturdy bed in a limited time and going to the shop in Colindale was my best decision . The lady there helped us explaining everything , very pleased !

We were served by Ramin Shenkar. I was looking for a small double bed with a tempur mattress and a headboard. He showed me the range in store and the availability of beds that were not in store. Very helpful and friendly guy. I will be going back to the store and will definitely ask for his help.
