Dreams - Colindale

Stefka (Colindale) has been very helpful and answer every question thoroughly, making my shopping experience pleasant.

The young man who served us has to be commended. His name is Ali Khan. Knew what he was selling, very cheerful and happy show us all that we were Interested in.

The Salesman Mohamed was very good listener as we explained our need for a firm pocket-sprung orthopaedic double mattress. He quickly understood and showed us variety of mattresses with different number of springs and prices. He also compared memory foam and pocket sprung mattresses and their benefits for back support, comfort and ease. We received sound advice to enable us to make an informed decision. We chose the Addington Double Pocket Sprung Othopaedic Mattress as it met all our needs. He also then explained the benefits of Bed Cover for damage. We found it suitable and added to our purchase in addition to disposal of the old mattress as well. Overall our customer experience at the Colindale Branch was a great delight as we received excellent service during our visit and purchase of the mattress.

Asim who served us was extremely pleasant and helped us with all our questions. We were made to feel most welcome and he was very knowledgable about the products. Not too pushy, just right. We were glad to place our order. Earlier that day we left a competitors shop as the salesman was overly pushy and would just not leave us alone to look at the beds. Asim is just the right balance. Wish there were more like him!

I went out today with the intention of buying a bed and a mattress, with a friend who was also planning on doing the same. We went initially to the Watford store where we weren't greeted or helped at all and felt unwanted so left. We went to the Colindale store nearer my friends home address where we were immediately met by Ramin. He was friendly, willing to help and made us feel welcome. He answered any questions we had and helped match our needs with the right products - a HUGE difference from the Watford store! He is an asset and being in sales myself, his pleasant aura was well noticed! He wasn't pushy and gave us the time we needed in a calm approach. We ended up purchasing 2 beds and 2 mattresses. I felt the need to share this experience and hope he will be acknowledged on his service!

The Dreams Colleague Stefka was very helpful and patient as we took our time choosing the right bed for us. She explained the differences between the mattresses very well and highlighted the 20% sale on Silent Night beds. This was the first and only store we visited for our first bed purchase so we were very happy with the time and effort we saved by not having to shop around for a good quality product.

Stefka spent time to explain in details, also showed alternatives and options.

Your employee was extremely knowledgeable of the different products available and made it a breeze to choose the perfect Bed and Mattress for myself. He also made us feel extremely welcome into the store due to his friendly personality and offering us a coffee (which was delicious I might add!). If we ever require any accessories or even a new bed, we will definitely come back not to mention we will direct anyone who needs a new bed or mattress towards Dreams.
