I was highly satisfied by this great person called Ali at Colindale dreams. He was very friendly and nice person. He was dealing with us in a very professional and communicating way. Even though my mom cant speak English properly but with Ali she was speaking English and understanding everything. I'll definitely return to the shop if needed and will highly recommend the store to my friends and family.

We visited the store after receiving a leaflet through the door about the sale. We had intended to browse the products and then shop around to find the best price. Upon visiting the store in Colindale, our assistant Stefka really to the time to assist us in our purchase and helped us make the right decision based on our exact needs. Sometimes quality advice and customer service comes before price and in this case we felt that Dreams gave us confidence in our purchase. The 40 day exchange policy gives us further peace of mind and the additional bed cover ensures our purchase is protected for the life of the mattress. We have had a great experience shopping at Dreams and we look forward to many restful nights on our new mattress and pillows!

Mohamed who assisted us at your Colindale branch was a great help, it's always a difficult item to buy, Mo made it a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend that you look for him on your visit to this store, his knowledge and the way he explained the different types of Mattresses was very clear, I'm sure all staff are as good but can only comment on my experience Mr Kirby
