Assistance from Tessa was awesome! The price for my bed frame was excellent, and lots of good choices for what i was looking for.

The staff member, Simon, greeted me as I walked through the door and introduced himself. He then said if I needed any help he would be pleased to answer any questions. He then left me to walk around the store to see for myself what was in stock. When I had made a choice of two mattresses he then answered the questions I had quickly and clearly to help me make a choice between the two. He then processed the order quickly, clearly explaining the delivery dates and charges for both delivery and the removal of my old mattress.
